involving extensive research including, but not limited to, population, income,
age, workforce, education level, labor availability, cost of living, quality
of life, housing, amenities, traffic, competition, occupancy costs and availabilities,
etc. Once market research is complete, we provide the client with a total market
survey of the available properties meeting their site criteria, as well as
detailed information regarding market trends, vacancy rates, rental rate trends,
construction activity, etc. Beyond identifying locations that best suit the
client's needs, our team combines knowledge of up-to-the-minute market conditions
